Generally speaking the good people at Battlefield have never let me down before, they have good people who have never made me feel as if I was being taken advantage of because I am a woman, nor have they talked down to me. This time was somewhat different. Although the guys were still friendly I was a little taken back when my car was returned with the check engine light still on. When I asked about it they informed me that they already knew about it. I was disappointed that they made no effort to inform me of this while they were working on my car, nor did they ask for the go-ahead to fix this new problem. Now although I have my car back I have to get a different mechanic to finish the job before I can return to work. I am appreciative that the total for the work done came in under what the estimate was, and the work that they did was done quickly and they seem to have done a good job fixing the initial problem. I just wish they had been more willing to explain what the new problem was and I was disappointed that they did not seem willing to fix it. I would return to this place, I just hope for better customer service, and more complete car service next time.
